Induction of eosinophilic inflammation without using adjuvant is very hard and rarely reported.
This reagent enables to induce eosinophilic inflammation in lung in various strains such as C57BL/6, Balb/c, A/J,
without using adjuvant. The features of this reagent are: Chronic asthma model is established in C57BL/6 mice
which strain has never been reported to induce chronic asthma.
Furthermore, eosinophilic inflammation is able to estimate in knock-out, knock-in, and transgenic mice without
considering the effects of systemic sensitization.
